Representative Vezey placed a call of the House. **The presence of Representative Hanley was noted. The call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SB172(efd am H) pass the House?" Representative Kubina moved and asked unanimous consent that the House rescind previous action in failing to adopt the effective date clause. Representative Kubina placed a call of the House. Representative Martin objected. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the House rescind previous action in failing to adopt the effective date clause?"
